MeetourPastors - Cle Elum Community Church

Worth has served as our pastor since 1999. Worth has a passion for relevantly communicating God's timeless truths to people. His personal vision is to ignite an unquenchable passion for Jesus in people.

Prior to entering full time ministry Worth owned a national franchise business and was a general manager of chain of video retail stores. Before coming to Cle Elum he served as senior pastor in two churches in Vermont. He is a graduate of Denver Seminary and Trinity Theological Seminary. He currently serves as a mentor pastor of the Central Washington area of ABCNW helping to develop the leadership skills of other pastors.

Worth and his wife Sue have five children, Sara, Bekah, Matthew, Erin and Ethan. Almost empty nesters, Worth and Sue do enjoy time with their family especially their grandchildren. Worth is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf. Sue is passionate about her many craft projects, especially quilting and knitting. Sue enjoys teaching those crafts to others.

Melissa Howard is our minister of Youth Outreach. Melissia is the area director for Upper Kittitas County Young Life and helps lead worship in our contemporary service. Melissa's passion is to build relationships with kids that will lead to introducing them to Jesus as friend and Savior.
