Salvation is :

ROMANS 10:9

Yes… It’s that simple.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t even have to understand it all. But if you only believe that through Jesus’ death on the cross, and then coming back from the dead, He took all of your sin and gave you freedom and commit to following Him, your life will never be the same.

It’s as simple as apologizing (repenting) of your sin, declaring you want to follow Jesus, and believing He is who He says He is.

Believing in Jesus is the first step, and the greatest decision you will ever make in your life. The best is yet to come!

What’s Next?

If you’ve made the decision to follow Jesus, or if you still have questions, we’d love to talk with you about it. Stop by Cle Elum Community Church, or shoot us an email. We want to help you take your next steps and learn how to follow Jesus.

Baptism Is:

  • the 3rd Sunday of each month.

  • making a public statement about your faith in Jesus

  • telling everyone you are committed to following Jesus.

  • It is the next step after salvation.

Questions about Baptism?

People often have questions regarding baptism:

  • Why should I be baptized?

  • What if I’ve already been baptized—do I have to do it again?

  • Does it matter if someone is sprinkled or dunked?

  • We want to answer these questions and more.

Read Your Bible:

Just 10 Minutes a Day

Starting with just 10 minutes a day can change the rest of your life. Reading God’s Word will bring you hope, encouragement, guidance, and practical advice on every day issues we all face. The Bible is truth and truth is relevant to everyone, everywhere, at any time.

Where Do I Start?

The Bible can seem pretty intimidating Especially if you have never read it. We want to make it easy for you to get started and build a habit of spending time with God by reading His word every day with these suggestions:

YouVersion Bible App

We recommend theYOUVERSION BIBLE APP . The Bible App allows you to read the Bible, share verses on social networks, bookmark your favorite passages, and more. You can find a devotional or a simple reading plan to fit you and through the app, you can even set daily reminders to read.

Crack Open a Bible

If you are still a pen and paper kind of person, you can begin reading the book of John. Found in the New Testament (the second half of the Bible), John shows you the life and miracles of Jesus in a very personal way. John was one of Jesus’ Disciples and gives a great first hand view of the life of Jesus.

Don’t Read Alone

When it comes to reading the Bible, it can be a challenge to do all alone. Few habits are more beneficial than having someone to discuss the same thing you are reading. Let’s be honest. There is nothing quite like knowing someone will be checking up to help you improve a new habit. So ask a buddy or a parent to help you stick to reading your Bible.

Rather than just “attending” church, CECC  is a place for YOU to Connect and Grow.
